Haileybury Rendall School is seeking a Marketing Assistant. This is a fulltime, term time permanent position commencing Term 1, 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver various communication documents including a regular newsletter, posters and flyers.
• Coordinate and schedule regular social media posts including taking of photos and videos and other content creation.
• Manage the various communication, scheduling and design related to school publications throughout the year.
• Support staff with development of appropriate materials using platforms such as Canvas
• Manage and create marketing for various school events that occur throughout the school year

Key Selection Criteria:

• Experience in a similar position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a self-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media and email marketing

General Information:

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or other relevant study qualifications
• Working With Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
