Northern Rise Village Services (owned by Sirrom Corporation) is a leading provider of hospitality services to the resource and construction sector. Established in 2013, we have a presence in multiple remote locations throughout Australia
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to cover a period of Maternity Leave for up to 12 months at our village operations located approximately 330 kms South of Darwin near Katherine, NT.
This position is a critical support role on site and would suit someone living in Katherine or Darwin who is available to work an ongoing 14 days on / 7 days off roster.
Transport is provided to and from site as well as meals and accommodation for the duration of your roster.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage accommodation booking requests for 3 accommodation sites with accuracy
- Complete various monthly reports including occupancy levels, maintenance and staffing numbers
- Generate housekeeping daily cleaning runs
- Complete all maintenance records and schedules and raise maintenance work orders
- Liaise with clients and contractors as necessary
- Arrange travel bookings for Northern Rise staff
- Maintain bar stock levels, place orders with suppliers and liaise with local suppliers
- Assist with monthly billing
- Assist village management when required
- General record keeping and document control
What you need to apply:
- Proof of Australian work rights
- National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain one)
- Ability to pass a medical and drug screen
- Experience with accommodation management in a village environment
- Experience with RMS accommodation management system and Microsoft Outlook Suite applications
