What you will be doing:
Reporting to either the Product or Category Manager, this position will hold the following key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Coordinate and assist in organising meetings, product launches, workshops, conferences, and training sessions for the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and follow up on action items from meetings for various marketing initiatives.
- Support Product Managers in delivering product training and assistance to the sales team.
- Manage the distribution of price lists to the sales team.
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of product advertising and promotional marketing collateral to bolster sales efforts, including presentations.
- Aid in the creation of graphics and presentation materials as needed.
- Assist Product Managers/Category Managers in maintaining market data on competitor activity, product ranges, and market pricing.
- Manage the Salsify digital library of images and content for customer advertisements and range reviews.
- Maintaining a marketing end user database.
