Macarthur Real Estate Agency are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join one of Wagga Wagga’s leading real estate companies as a Marketing Assistant.
Reporting to our Marketing Manager, we are looking to fill a full-time position where you will assist with inhouse marketing across a variety of projects, businesses and exciting developments.
Wagga Wagga location, with the flexibility of work from home days available for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Work alongside our Marketing Manager to maintain our current marketing strategy, assist with new ideas and concepts to engage and grow our client base.
- Work closely with our Property Management team to take advertising photos of new and existing properties for lease.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of social, print and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple departments and businesses.
- Assist with marketing collateral including social media posts, signboards, brochures, flyers and DL cards.
- Liaise with external stakeholders.
- Data entry.
- Adhoc duties as instructed by the Marketing Manager or Director.
Skills & Requirements

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Possess clear communication skills and present professionally.
- Proficient Computer Skills.
- Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings.
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and the Meta Business Suite.
- A qualification or experience in Photography is highly regarded, but not essential. Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.
Experience
We're seeking a candidate who has practical experience as a marketing assistant or photographer, complemented by formal education in marketing, photography, or graphic design. However, our top priority is finding the right person who demonstrates ambition, drive, and the right attitude above all else.
