Let’s talk about this role
This is 12 month fixed term contract. As the role of the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will plan and execute member communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and OTM. The campaigns ensure all members are informed of key updates and changes to their policy. This role is integral to engage, retain and add value to members throughout their journey with us.
This function supports our arhi business, including the nib brand, corporate health business and white label partnerships. It also supports other Divisions, including the International Workers and Student business.
Responsibilities of the role:
Oversee the delivery of direct correspondence campaigns
Ensure that applicable methodologies are adhered to throughout the campaign development cycle
Identify campaign issues and develop strategy to address
Ensure policies and procedures relating to the Privacy Act and the nib privacy policy are adhered
Let’s talk about you
Essential to the success of this role, you will have a degree in Marketing/Business along with 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role.
You consider yourself as someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business with the ability to influence and manage external providers and suppliers. You possess the ability to work to deadlines and deliverables and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
Furthermore you:
Experience in direct & database marketing practices
Intermediate - knowledge of mail house processes
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial or health services (desirable)
Knowledge of automated marketing campaign systems (desirable)
