We're proud to be the dedicated, not-for-profit super fund serving Victorian emergency services and state employees. Over 57,000 people receive a retirement pension or income stream from us, making ESSSuper the second biggest payroll in Victoria.

About the position
We have undergone an ambitious technology transformation and are now well poised to deliver the best customer experience possible. Leveraging technology and member insights, together with a sense of purpose from the brand and sharp focus from the team, you will support the brand to deliver exceptional communications to its members.
You will need to be able to develop and/or interrogate a detailed campaign brief and work with the marketing team to write copy. You’ll then take the lead in implementing campaigns in conjunction with technical specialists and designers.
Familiarity with Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) would be an advantage, though technical skills in these platforms are not what this role is about. You will be supported by the marketing manager and a digital specialist in-house, who will undertake Marketo builds and data management.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who loves to write and project manage campaigns, and work with stakeholders, technical specialists and designers.
Please note this role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term basis.
