You'll manage the Labour & Maintenance Category, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and driving successful contract administration.Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across business units, operational sites, and project teams.
- Foster positive partnerships with new and existing Supply Partners.
- Efficiently manage key labour contracts' administration.
- Compile and analyse essential data for successful contract administration.
- Monitor contract performance areas, conduct investigations, and provide assistance in claims resolution.
- Stay informed about industry practices and trends, particularly in the labour/services category space.
- Analyse data to support commercial strategies effectively.
- Identify risks and develop mitigations associated with commercial strategies.
- Develop commercial terms and conditions aligned with approved strategies.
- Compile and evaluate tender responses according to approved commercial strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with supply partners.
- Prepare and expedite contract documents for execution.
- Deliver commercial awareness training to end users, project teams, and stakeholders as needed.
- 7+ years of procurement experience on major projects.
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Law, Engineering and/or Supply Chain
- Extensive knowledge and experience in contract formation and administration, including differing contract types, terms, commercial models, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Passion for challenging the status quo and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
