Autosports Group Limited is Australia’s largest listed prestige, luxury and super luxury automotive retail group employing approximately 1,600 people across 55 businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Working in the Digital team you will be responsible for the build and delivery of marketing automations across the business. Working closely with our technical partners, retail marketing and dealership teams.
The role
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is an up and comer in the marketing automation space and looking for a role where you can learn and grow your career. We will provide you with the training and support you need to build your technical skills and automation campaign experience.
This role is based in our head office in Sydney with flexible working arrangements. Preference for a Sydney based candidate however we do have locations in QLD and Victoria for the right candidate.
Using your marketing automation skills, you will be building personalised automation campaigns across a number of prestige and luxury car brands such as Audi, BMW, MINI, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin - to name a few of the automotive brands we represent.
As our in-house expert, you will also be supporting the Group’s retail marketing team in their use of the marketing platform - showcasing best practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and deploy each automated customer touch point along the customer journey from enquiry, through to sale, service and re-purchase
- End-to-end execution of new personalised email/ SMS campaign automation from build to testing and deployment
- Maintenance of the Group’s automations and troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining marketing automation integration with the CRM
- Provide email/ SMS marketing training and issues support for the retail marketing team
- Showcase best practice email design
- Carry out A/B testing on automated campaigns to maximise conversion rates, sales growth and campaign ROI
- Provide regular reporting on automation performance to the dealership network and retail marketing teams
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and ROI of our automations
Skills and experience
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience highly desirable.
- Previous experience in end to end campaign management and execution using marketing automation platforms
- Hands on experience building personalised and dynamic email and SMS campaigns
- Technical skills include SQL, AMPscript and HTML would be desirable
- Experience working in the retail sector would be desirable
- Experience building automation performance reporting, highly desirable
