THE OPPORTUNITY

• Effectively manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and customer journeys.
• Manage and develop reports using the Salesforce Datorama platform
• Build and implement strategies to capture data and effectively segment customers
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to assess the impact of marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with company marketing objectives.
• Help lead integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive
• Assist in the build and update of content as required across SFMC and CMS (Word Press)
• Assist web developers to improve website functionality across SEO/SEM, meta-data and optimise user-journeys to maximise sales.

THE RIGHT FIT
To be successful in the role, you will possess:

• Minimum three years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, design and build responsive email templates, creating complex and personalised journeys?and understand data extensions.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce API, responsible for managing and specifying the integrations to ATC IT build out.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and functionalities.
• Clear understanding on how to manage transactional emails and on triggered transactional email integrations from other platforms.
• Proficient in Photoshop editing.
• Hands-on experience with Google and Facebook marketing platforms, as well as analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Interest in racing is preferred but not essential.
