- Effectively manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and customer journeys.
- Manage and develop reports using the Salesforce Datorama platform

- Help lead integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive
- Assist in the build and update of content as required across SFMC and CMS (Word Press)
- Assist web developers to improve website functionality across SEO/SEM, meta-data and optimise user-journeys to maximise sales.
To be successful in the role, you will possess:
- Minimum three years proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, design and build responsive email templates, creating complex and personalised journeys?and understand data extensions.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce API, responsible for managing and specifying the integrations to ATC IT build out.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and functionalities.
- Clear understanding on how to manage transactional emails and on triggered transactional email integrations from other platforms.
- Proficient in Photoshop editing.
- Hands-on experience with Google and Facebook marketing platforms, as well as analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Interest in racing is preferred but not essential.
