The Company:

Ecogrowth is Australia’s foremost manufacturer of rock mineral based and biologically activates fertilisers, proudly 100% owned and operated. 

The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage website and social media content, including advertising campaigns.
• Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports for campaign evaluation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure availability of promotional materials.
• Support sales staff with sales data, market trends, and product information.
• Conduct research on competitive products and maintain databases.
• Coordinate meetings and trade shows, managing requirements and schedules.
• Monitor budgets and compare actual results with forecasts.

The successful applicant should have some experience or knowledge of:

• Direct marketing, market segmentation, and research skills.
• Experience in a related field would be highly desirable.
• Project management and coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and personal integrity.
• Ability to work well in team environments and independently.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and marketing analytic tools.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities under pressure.
