The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage website and social media content, including advertising campaigns.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for campaign evaluation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure availability of promotional materials.
- Support sales staff with sales data, market trends, and product information.
- Conduct research on competitive products and maintain databases.
- Coordinate meetings and trade shows, managing requirements and schedules.
- Monitor budgets and compare actual results with forecasts.
The successful applicant should have some experience or knowledge of:
- Direct marketing, market segmentation, and research skills.
- Experience in a related field would be highly desirable.
- Project management and coordination experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and personal integrity.
