We're looking for a strategic thinker, who loves words and has a passion for copywriting, as well as an organised and flexible approach to working. Our team is seeking someone who is comfortable jumping into all types of writing, from product positioning to comms plans to emails, paid advertising, landing pages and flyers.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Lead, this role will work collaboratively with local and global stakeholders; running projects from the strategic planning phase, through to delivery and optimisation. These stakeholders include the brand & growth team, CRM, online marketing, direct sales, PR, customer care and product development.

What you'll do
- As a key member of the Ready to Heat Brand team, your creative & technical writing skills, combined with your keen attention to detail will build customer trust and engagement.
- Work closely with the brand, growth, culinary, design and product teams to create engaging digital and printed content aligned to the HelloFresh Group brand strategy - incorporating HelloFresh global content initiatives.
- Write, proof and edit copy and all branded collateral, across all channels, making suggestions that are in line with our in-house style.
- Manage the organisation of the copy request pipeline ensuring the workflow is kept on track and copy is delivered on time.
- Drive best practice programs by following the latest content, community and social trends.
- Manage the organic social media and influencer brand content creation strategy and execution, leveraging best in class practice vs competition.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and copywriting.
- An understanding of content marketing trends and SEO.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload and accommodate urgent requests.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media or journalism.

Start date: Immediately
Duration: Full-time 9 month fixed term contract role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
