The HotelShangri-La The Marina, Cairns is a luxury five-star hotel located beside Marlin Marina and Trinity Inlet in the heart of Cairns. With 255 guest rooms, 18 function venues and extensive food and beverage facilities, the hotel is part of a leading international company with more than 100 hotels and resorts worldwide.The RoleAs the Marketing Communications Coordinator , you will focus on the coordination of Marketing Communications strategy and activities, under the direction of the Marketing Communications Manager and regional leadership. You will work across all resort business units - Rooms, MICE, F&B, Brand - to help deliver effective Marketing Communications strategies to achieve Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns, business goals, priorities and impact. As a collaborative team player, you will work with your team to create innovative marketing ideas in keeping with Shangri-La brand standards to support the overarching objectives of the hotel. A natural communicator, you will build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners to facilitate campaigns.
