They are looking to appoint a dynamicMarketing & Communications Coordinatorto join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the brand.
About the role
As the creative force behind their presence in the market, you will support the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy by crafting compelling content, supporting with the production of capability statements and marketing collateral, executing innovative social media plans, and elevating brand awareness through external campaigns and events.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Managing and interacting with all social media accounts, including keeping informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including infographics, reels and gifs ensuring all output is in line with company best practice
- Maintaining and updating the company website content
- Writing key internal and external communications
- Documenting client feedback
- 4+ years’ experience in an equivalent role
- Experience in working on marketing and communication plan rollouts, PR activities and event coordination
- Experience in producing marketing materials, online Media items for both internal (Intranet) and external (Internet) purpose
- Experience in the Design / Architectural or related industry an advantage
- Experience in CRM / database activities
- Experience in social / online media content creation and management
- Experience in event coordination
- Required software skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook / Teams
- Desired software skills: PowerPoint, Illustrator, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
