We are seeking an energetic person who will embrace our culture, and who will become an integral part of our successful sales team. This exciting position requires you to be a multi-tasker and have great organisational and time management skills.
You will be reporting to our Directors and assisting our Sales Consultants in all facets of the business. You will drive and maintain our database, assist with advertising campaigns, and become involved in the day-to-day running of the office.
You will assist our staff in a myriad of tasks. You must have a thirst for knowledge, be open-minded, be a self-starter, and be a quick learner of new processes and systems.
You must have an eye for detail with strong vocabulary and punctuation, both verbally and written.
Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate the placement of media advertising and marketing for each property listing
- Assist with agent and office marketing schedules
- Supervise the quality control of branded materials
- Manage incoming phone calls and walk-ins
- Social media updates and managing media platforms
- Website management
- Manage client gifting
- Office maintenance including office presentation and supplies
- Establish and maintain good working relations with suppliers
- Maintenance of sales CRM database
- Assist in preparing letterbox drops, brochures or collateral design where needed
- Maintain and respond to Google and REA Reviews
- Schedule office training and meetings
- Ad hoc duties from agents
Required Skills:
- Must have a high attention to detail and excellent time management ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be deadline-driven, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy
- Proficient in learning industry-specific processes and systems
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Previous real estate industry experience
- Previous experience with Agentbox is desirable yet not mandatory
