ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to support the General Manager – Marketing with the execution of the Company’s customer- and market-facing communications program across all Mosaic business groups including Construction, Property Management, Customer Experience, Caretaking and Mosaic Bespoke Living.
Under the supervision and direction, they will draft expertly written communication pieces that inform, educate, persuade and reassure customers and stakeholders about Mosaic’s products and services, using a consistent, professional voice that aligns with Mosaic’s brand.
Your responsibilities will include the drafting of:
- Customer communications including construction updates for Mosaic Purchasers and Mosaic Communities, including critical ad-hoc construction updates.
- Caretaking updates for Mosaic Residents.
- Property management updates for Mosaic Landlords and Tenants.
- Mosaic Bespoke Living updates for Mosaic Residents.
- General community engagement communications as required.
- Electronic promotional communications (e.g. newsletters), corporate and project marketing materials, blogs, media releases and social media content.
- Award submissions as directed.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional writing skills – this is a critical customer communications role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (communications/marketing) or appropriate industry training courses preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in the construction or property development industry.
- Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to take on constructive feedback, working on continuous improvement.
- Eye for detail, commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage several projects and activities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to work with a high volume of tasks efficiently, and resiliently, prioritising as required.
- Methodical, practical and creative approach to problem solving.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and flexible – able to build positive relationships within their own team and the broader Mosaic team.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Continued desire to learn and grow.
- Not afraid of hard work and desire to add value.
- Previous use of CRM / email marketing systems.
- Previous use of website management platform.
- Knowledge of InDesign ideal.
