ROLE DESCRIPTION
These parents are wonderful to work with (the Nanager team has worked with them for many years, so we know)! They are seeking a nurturing and fun-loving Nanny/Home Manager who will build a positive relationship with the children and support their family in a stable role that will ideally last for many years.
Their ideal nanny will be respectful and kind, capable of supporting and encouraging the children's academic and recreational pursuits. The children are seeking someone who will enjoy spending time with them in active and creative play and conversation. The nanny is encouraged to plan activities and get out and about in Melbourne with the children when time permits.

- supporting the family to keep the children's spaces and kitchen clean and tidy (the family has a regular cleaner).
ABOUT THE FAMILY
The 7 year old girl is social and creative, and loves to learn. The 12 year old boy is confident and caring, eager to engage in conversation and sports. Both parents work big jobs during the day and value the support they receive from their nannies, which they show with consistency and respect.
They value their family time on weekends and evenings. The family also has a beloved indoor cat.
