Key Responsabilities
In consultation with the Director of Marketing and Admissions (DMA), develop and implement an annual digital marketing plan that delivers growth targets from key recruitment countries based on market research and trends to meet organisational objectives.
Develop and coordinate digital marketing and communication campaigns to achieve recruitment targets and ROI.
Provide regular reports and data analytics to the DMA
Work closely with the DMA and Navitas relevant teams to ensure effective collection of prospect information, tracking of prospective student enquiries, and developing effective conversion campaigns
Continually explore new opportunities and data available to optimise regularly
Forecast and monitor channel performance and immediately identify and report variances
Coordinate the development of marketing collateral and other promotional publications from design through to dispatch, ensuring currency
Manage the process of artwork creation from brief creation, key messages, collation and proofreading of content, photography and working with designers through publications
Develop student testimonials, case studies and other relevant content
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with personnel from other Navitas colleges and divisions to share and provide for a coordinated approach
Support the offshore Marketing Managers with events and in-bounds on campus.
Other Duties
Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders
Undertake projects and duties as directed and agreed by the DMA.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
Essential:
Tertiary qualification relevant to the role or digital marketing experience in an educational institution or similar type organisation
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with clients by phone, e-mail and in person
High level computer skills
Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high-quality client-focused service
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks with competing priorities
Desirable:
Experience in or understanding of the tertiary sector
Second language
Google and marketing analytics
