Marketing & Community Relations Officer
Full Time Term-Time position available, Monday - Friday (8am- 4pm).
This is a key role at a growing campus that provides a link between school families, academic staff and the broader community.
The Marketing and Community Relations Officer will:
- be based at the Kings’ campus in Logan Village
- be part of a cross-campus Marketing and Enrolments team and will be supported from our Pimpama and Reedy Creek campuses
- foster relationships with school families and the wider community
- coordinate marketing and community-building events for the campus at Logan Village. This will involve some work outside of normal working hours
- collect and communicate campus news to the local College community
- facilitate effective communication between school and home
- create the campus Yearbook
- monitor corporate communications material to ensure accuracy and relevance for the local campus
- engage with the local community and future King’s families
The successful applicant will:
- have good written and oral communication skills
- enjoy connecting with people
- preferably have experience in a generalist marketing or communications role
- be able to demonstrate a track record of being able to work without close supervision
The role may require occasional travel to King's campuses at Pimpama and Reedy Creek.

- at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).
ABOUT OUR COLLEGE
King’s is an expanding, multi-Campus school that places paramount importance on the development of the whole child, with a particular focus on providing every student the opportunity to develop Christian Leadership skills that will prepare them for their future. Our programs challenge and shape students’ thinking and understanding of their role in the world.

Our College currently consists of 3 dynamic campuses, with several more campuses in the planning stages, serving the communities in which they are located.
The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2300 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.
Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1200 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to Year 6 in 2023 (with the Campus expanding to offer High School opening in 2024).
