We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our top-tier Marketing team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Australia's No.1 Home Builder and play a pivotal part in developing and executing a 5-star marketing strategy that effectively communicates Carlisle's brand and enhances the customer journey.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with Carlisle's brand
- Plan and execute weekly eDM campaigns
- Maintain display home POS and brochures
- Execute various campaigns across digital, above the line, social, and events
- Plan and host informative and engaging customer events
- Create and distribute internal marketing and sales communications
- Ensure accurate management of digital data and assets, meeting all standards and legal requirements
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications (or equivalent)
- prior experience working in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with a focus on improvement and opportunity
- Confidence and conviction in delivering tasks
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient with technology, especially in virtual work environments
