We are an Australian-owned company specializing in supplying triple A grade quality flooring products, including Tiles, Laminate, Hybrid, Engineered Timber and Australian Hardwood, direct to the public. Since the incorporation in 2021, we have stepped into the fast-paced of business development and become one of the biggest suppliers in Melbourne Flooring market. We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Specialist to join the team on a full-time basis.
This position will possess the following attributes-
· A degree or Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce
· Minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing
· Experience working across traditional and digital marketing channels – Linkedin, Facebook & Instagram etc
· Proven records in product/campaign management
· Strong research skills to understand evolving trends within the market and any leads which should be developed
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient computer/technological skills
· Accurate with high attention to detail
· Ability to problem solve all levels.
The main duties will be-
· Developing, controlling, and implementing policies and plans for advertising, marketing strategies to meet the sale objectives.
· Collaborating with management in the development of advertising strategies and campaigns to achieve the projected market.
· Management and co-ordination of the marketing function such as social media, print media and events.
· Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the products and services on different mediums.
· Planning and controlling the marketing strategies to meet the time and budget constraints.
· Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
· Conducting market research to collect the statistical information to identify the current trend, potential demand for new goods and services.
· Organizing and controlling sales activities by setting product mix, geographical sales areas, and customer service standards.
· Following and ensuring that the OH&S codes and practices followed.
What we offer you –
We offer a $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary package plus superannuation to the successful applicant
