We are a dynamic and motivated marketing team dedicated to fostering collaboration, creativity and growth. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The core function of this role is to provide a high level of broad marketing activity and channel support for our accounting and taxation services delivered by Optima Partners.
This role facilitates the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies and objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating various activities including campaign planning, content creation, event support, market research and digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing campaign coordination.
- Managing content including creating and optimising marketing content.
- Develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Providing event support through promotional items and onsite activities.
- Market research including market trends and data analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Digital Marketing Support.
- Adherence to branding guidelines.
Success in this role will come from your creative and your previous experience in coordinating market activities, managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns and projects. In addition, you will have the ability to effectively communicate ideas, plans and strategies both verbally and in writing. This includes writing copy for marketing materials, emails and social media channels.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Bachelor / tertiary degree in a marketing, communications, journalism, media relations or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Capacity to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions and content that engage and attract the target audience.
- strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in analysing marketing data and metrics.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market trends and business needs.
- Basic project management skills to plan, execute and monitor campaigns or projects.
- Police Clearance.
- Drivers Licence.
