About the Role:
We are seeking an astute and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This part-time, 16 to 19 hours per week role, spread over three days, offers the flexibility of one day working from home for the right candidate. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or individuals with proven success experience in the similar role. You will work alongside senior managers and the director, who possess high entrepreneurial calibre, and play a crucial role in continuously developing our brands and implementing our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation and Management
· Write, edit, and deliver quality content for the website, social media platforms, internal document templates, and other print marketing materials.
Website and Social Media Management
· Establish and maintain social media platforms and websites.
· Maintain and execute marketing assets, including social media posts, print and digital advertising, EDMs, and various collaterals.
E-commerce platform and CRM
· Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure optimal user experience.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through CRM systems.
Campaign Reporting and Analysis
· Analyse reporting data, research, insights, and analytics to ensure a strategic and effective marketing campaign for projects.
· Monitor, measure, and report on performance against marketing objectives.
Coordination and Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
· Coordinate with senior management to gather inputs to develop marketing strategies.
· Liaise with freelancers and third-party specialists to execute marketing activities.
Brand Development and Guidelines
· Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand and brand guidelines.
· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing activities and communications.
About You:
You are a self-motivated and proactive individual with:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication (or related field) or an equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to create high-quality content for marketing activities.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics and insights.
- Proven capability in the utilisation of relevant computer applications and software.
- Ability to apply creative thinking to the role.
- Previous experience using social media platforms
