About the role:
The Library and Study Skills area are seeking a stakeholder-focused individual to lead the development and implementation of its online engagement strategy. Working under the guidance of the Learning Hub Team Leader, you will collaborate with Library & Study Skills staff and stakeholders to enhance the visibility and accessibility of the team’s digital presence, while driving the continuous improvement and review of online resources and services.
The ideal candidate will possess either prior experience in the library domain, particularly in the communications and marketing space, or will hold a relevant degree in library, marketing or communications.
Key Responsibilities will also include:
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies to secure positive brand awareness and exposure while creatively marketing Library and Study Skills digital services to staff and students at the University.
- Overseeing digital resource development, adhering to Universal Design for Learning principles, standards, and University of Canberra guidelines.
- Leading stakeholder engagement for digital presence enhancement, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
- Developing strategic communications and delivering progress reports.
