  • Oversee the administrative management of international and domestic education partnerships
  • UC Level 6, Salary Range $88,414 pa - $95,175 pa plus 17% Super
  • Full Time, Fixed Term Opportunity until December 2026

The University of Canberra is undergoing an exciting time of change and embarking on an educational transformational and growth (ETaG) program. The goal is to enhance student learning and increase student enrolments through the development of new capabilities. The program will generate new online courses and a more flexible approach to delivering existing courses, both at our Bruce campus, our campus in the cloud and with our partners.

About the role:

The Partnerships Support Coordinator oversees the administrative management of international and domestic education partnerships. This involves overseeing contract-related tasks, ensuring agreement compliance, and maintaining partner records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, both locally and globally, such as faculties, business units, and partners.

Key duties include monitoring and managing partner agreements, prioritising performance and adherence to contractual obligations. Contributing to the improvement of partnership management within the University is a significant aspect of the position. This encompasses maintaining accurate partner records in a designated database, assisting in administrative duties for partnership groups and workshops, and participating in the creation of resources that benefit partnerships. This role is part of a highly supportive and cross collaborative team.

It would really suit candidates who have previous exposure to secretarial, governance or quality and compliance-based positions.

  • Exposure to secretarial, governance or quality and compliance-based roles will be advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills as well as an understanding of cultural sensitivities to assist with multicultural liaisons
