The role:
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and working closely with the wider business the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Analysis of current and target/future Departmental processes and document using historical data, report daily to departmental managers via structured meetings
- Implementing marketing strategies based upon month to date data which will be provided to you by the departmental managers
- Organising analysis and ROI to determine potential advertising and promotions outcomes
- Maintaining database of customers including promotional initiatives to the database including EDM and SMS campaigns
- Loading new vehicle images onto the dealership website
- Preparing key data for daily management meetings
- Overseeing daily website performance and customer service metrics
- Helping each business department to supervise key KPI data, ensuring monthly budgets achieved by month end
- Building marketing plan/strategy including digital marketing, SEM and Social Media promotional activities
- Creating marketing assets/creative
- Maintaining relationships with key community partners including sponsorship agreements
- Overseeing Dealership staff culture initiatives including events and New Vehicle launches
Skills & Experience:
- Holds a degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrates the ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Shows adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, capable of adjusting to new challenges and dynamic situations.
- Works effectively with different teams, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining strong relationships with team members.
