We’re on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Coordinator who takes pride in their work and would thrive in a close-knit, creative team.
This is a full-time position based in our Keswick office, with flexible and hybrid working options available.
What you’ll be working on:
- Implementing our marketing strategy and promotional calendar alongside our Marketing Manager
- Analysing marketing performance metrics including website traffic, social media engagement and campaign ROI
- Keeping our promotional calendar up to date and ensuring the Snowys team stay in the know about upcoming events
- Planning and executing in store events for our customers, and social events for our team
- Working with our graphic designer to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets
- Creating and driving an engaging email marketing calendar
- Collaborating with the Product, Marketing and customer facing teams to ensure that our content is of the best quality to engage our customers
The skills we’d love you to bring:
- Tertiary studies in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the online retail industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for creative and visual detail
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with camping and outdoor gear preferred but not required
