About Us
Based in either Carrum Downs and Dandenong South, you will join (3) different businesses as the Group Marketing Coordinator and be responsible for the end-to-end management of all marketing channels relevant to our target markets including local area marketing, website, search, email, social media & advertising with the aim of winning new business.
This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring you to work closely with the General Managers of a Staffing & Recruitment and (2) Sports Media businesses to set the direction and then execute the relevant activity across all revenue channels.
Task & Responsibilities
Strategic marketing & budgeting planning across the group of businesses
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
Planning and managing our social media platforms
Implementation of initiatives and promotions to deliver a customer experience
Brand & communications management
Market research to provide new ways to promote the group
Building and maintaining relationships with business managers to drive sales
Experience & Qualifications
Achieve marketing targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
Implement and negotiate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Organisational skills, sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Customer focus and able to develop effective working relationships with all people
Highly creative, excellent analytical abilities and can influence people
Exceptional on-camera and in-person presentation skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
