With a huge personal brand and specialisation in the Melbourne market they are on the search for a contract Marketing Coordinator to support in executing marketing tasks that increase brand awareness.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Manage and update online platforms such as Google, REA, Domain, company website, and landing pages.
• Process invoices for sales and marketing teams.
• Write and update copy for media assets including REA, Domain, ads, Google, social media, and EDMs across three projects.
• Maintain and update the company website and upload journal articles as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and arrange deliveries for projects, including cleaners, styling, photographers, and display orders.
• Create social media assets, write copy, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
• Write EDM copy for communications to our database, covering internal updates, projects, and commercial information.
• Assist the EA/OPS team with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
