- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising channels to achieve strategic marketing objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth and on-schedule execution of marketing campaigns and Events.
- Create memorable and impactful events through innovative end-to-end event management, including developing detailed event plans, managing vendors/agencies, and conducting post-event reporting to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including content, graphics, and promotional assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Support the management of digital marketing channels by updating websites, scheduling social media content, deploying email campaigns, and maintaining the intranet.
- Use co-design principles to collaborate with internal stakeholders in developing an event program that aligns with strategic objectives and fosters a positive internal culture.
- Execute event Marketing and sponsorship leveraging plans in collaboration with the marketing team to maximise opportunities and enhance event visibility.
- Over 5 years of experience in Marketing and Events, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating a range of large and small events, demonstrating practical knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective campaign and event execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity, enabling the development of compelling marketing materials and event content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, facilitating smooth campaign management and execution.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared Marketing and event goals.
- Understanding of, and a commitment to, the values and goals of the organisation, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision in all Marketing and event activities.
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, human rights, and zero tolerance, reflecting the organisation's dedication to ethical standards and positive community impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
