As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the team's success. You'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute across various aspects of marketing, from assisting in strategy development to supporting creative projects, executing campaigns, managing partnerships and analysing performance metrics, playing a vital role in the team's success.
You will possess an intimate knowledge or passion for the beauty market and customer, understand their current needs and be able to recognise emerging trends.

What you’ll work on
Strategy
- Support the creation and execution of the marketing plan under the guidance of Marketing Manager.
- Contribute to the development of key messaging for campaigns across all channels.
- Prepare content briefs for marketing initiatives and support in overseeing asset production.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SMS marketing, and e-commerce.
- Support PR initiatives and learn the dynamics of media relations, including crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists to boost brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist in managing the influencer marketing strategy, learning how to select and negotiate with influencers and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- Assist with updating and managing the Shopify store and online apps and platforms, ensuring product listings, promotions, and user experience are optimised for conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Support testing plans to improve website performance and conversion rates, learning from senior team members.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials are on brand and optimised for their respective channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, contributing insights to the team.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives, learning how marketing efforts are integrated across the business.
- Support market research efforts, gathering data and insights under guidance.
People
- Support the Content Creator in developing and executing social media strategies and content plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on marketing plans for key online retailers.
- Work with the Creative Lead on brand campaigns and content creation, gaining insights into integrated marketing.
- Assist and manage brand ambassadors, events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Support in the management of relationships with external stakeholders and creative partners.
Customer
- Map and enhance customer journeys across all touch-points, tailoring marketing strategies to align with business goals and deeply understand customer needs.
Reporting
- Assist in reporting on digital marketing performance, learning to use tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Triple Whale and social media platforms.
- Support the management of the marketing budget, helping to track ROI and marketing spend.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports on strategy, projects, and performance across all marketing areas.
