About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English and Mandarin-speaking Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join Uniti Internet in a newly created role. This position focuses on managing lead and customer interactions through phone, email, and messaging apps. You'll play a crucial part in both sales and marketing, launching and executing strategies on platforms like WeChat, LINE, and Facebook Messenger. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and solving customer issues efficiently.
This hybrid role offers flexible working hours between 8am and 8pm, with one weekend shift required each month.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales: Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Marketing Support: Assist with in-person activations, translations, and develop strategies for messaging apps (WeChat, LINE, Facebook Messenger).
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and trends for business forecasting.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams for a seamless customer experience.
Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
Market Trends: Stay updated on products, business processes, sales techniques, competitors, and market trends.

Essential Experience:
- Minimum of two years in a customer-facing role; sales experience preferred
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and independently with a proactive attitude
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, CRM software, and phone systems
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
