The Role:
- Supporting the Directors and Sales team across multiple offices
- Sales Administration managing listing through to settlement
- Coordinate all marketing, advertising and social media activities
- Property marketing and agent marketing
- Booking signboard’s and instillation
- Uploading listings online
- Manage print and digital platforms including website management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
- Booking auctions
- Implement new branding & manage the office brand
- Ad hoc marketing/admin duties

The Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administration and communication skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong administration and communication skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
- Previous Real Estate experience
