Want to join a growing company with big goals?
We are shaking up the health & safety industry with a clever and innovative digital system that helps construction workers get home safe at the end of every day. We are trusted by more than 10,000 businesses across Australia and New Zealand!
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a knack for working with partners and building relationships. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work with a great bunch of marketers. The role will suit someone who loves to get stuck in, is organised and knows how to make stuff happen!
You’ll play an important role in coordinating our marketing efforts in Australia. From event management to social media engagement and content creation, you'll be driving our brand presence and nurturing key partnerships such as Mitre 10!
- Well-backed tech business changing the game in the construction industry
- Newly created role reporting to Head of Marketing with a hybrid working style (WFH / office)
- Our office is located in South Melbourne, near the market (think of the lunch options!))
- Work with a talented and supportive marketing team
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Own our event calendar and coordinate all events in Australia from planning and logistics to execution and post-event follow-up. Ensure all events are successful and we maximise the opportunities to build our brand and generate leads.
- Manage our social media accounts, posting organic content and contributing to online conversations.
- Build relationships with our merchant channel (such as Mitre 10) to discover joint marketing opportunities.
- Support our sales team with timely sales enablement material, taking complex health and safety information and making it simple, easy to understand and in the brand tone.
- Complete basic design tasks using Canva, and work with a designer when needed.
- Using ActiveCampaign, manage our marketing automation campaigns including setting up nurture campaigns, monitoring analytics and adjusting as necessary to enhance performance.
Skills and experience
The role will suit a driven and switched-on qualified marketer with at least two years of experience. Extra points if you have experience working in a B2B business, tech/SaaS or marketing to builders and tradies. If you tick some of these boxes but not all, you’re welcome to apply. A great attitude and a proven ability and willingness to learn new skills count for a lot! As well as working with marketing experts, you’ll be working closely with our Group Channel Lead who looks after our Merchant Channel.
We are willing to make the role part-time (finishing at 3 or working four days a week) for the right person.
