About the Role
Tabor is recruiting for a 1.0FTE Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator role offers a vital stakeholder relationship service of welcome, hospitality and information. A stakeholder may be a potential student, an existing student, a campus visitor and/or stakeholder, or a member of staff. Further to this the role includes the coordination of all marketing functions, including but not limited to, design, communications channels, website, events and contractor support.
The role will be situated at the Millswood campus will work closely with the various Faculties and Tabor departments. The role is responsible for all design work that relates to internal and external marketing and will create key publications or visuals via InDesign, Photoshop and other platforms. Production and updating of internal and external communication including prospectuses, brochures, invitations, signage through graphic design and or text and includes liaising with external suppliers for quotes, print proofs and delivery of services etc.
The role is responsible for coordination of communication channels, email and social media campaigns, including research and sourcing content for communication and ensuring adherence to style guides and ensuring connection with Tabor's ethos and values.
The role is also responsible for the set-up, production and distribution of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) using HubSpot and Mailchimp. Maintenance and updates to the Tabor website and updating and uploading of new content into Blogs, Landing Pages and Forms is also a part of this role.
The role will be responsible in conjunction with our Finance team and Chief Marketing Officer for the marketing budget.
Event planning for the College, including Open Day, Orientation day and other college specific days such as Tabor Advance, by coordination and support of faculties. This includes setting up of campaigns with Facebook and Eventbrite.
The role will also work closely with other marketing team staff including supporting the Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager regarding help related to design, collateral and events.

- Microsoft Office experience
- Exposure to platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot and Mailchimp or similar
- Proven graphic design and information technology skills
