DIGITAL MARKETING
Support the marketing team in maintaining a high-performing digital presence through the following:
- Keep Cure EB Foundation's websites updated with accurate information and resources
- Implement and create digital donor journeys
- Create and manage the monthly newsletter
- Assist in planning, building, and sending eDM campaigns
- Coordinate Cure EB Foundation's monthly eDM calendar
- Provide social media support to the Digital Content Coordinator
- Provide design and editing support under the direction of the General Manager
- Supply accurate, timely, and efficient digital marketing reporting when required
- Contribute to the development and execution of targeted communication journeys for various Cure EB Foundation audiences
- Draft copy for Cure EB Foundation assets, including printed collateral, digital channels, events, and more
- Liaise with creative agencies on campaign deliverables
- Coordinate with external providers for collateral development and printing
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting on marketing activity and campaigns
- Assist with Cure EB Foundation events and fundraising campaigns, where required
- Support the GM in the management of external suppliers associated with all event set up
- Build beneficial relationships to assist with auction, raffle, event location donations
- Maintain database, coordinate run sheets, budgets and ticketing
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, or communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write and edit copy
- Junior-level design editing skills using Adobe Suite
- Driven, motivated, and self-starting
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using website CMS, preferably Raisley or similar
- Experience in Not Profit environment
- Experience using eDM build and send software, i.e., Mailchimp or similar
- Analytical skills with the ability to draw insight from data and compile reports
