About the Opportunity:

• Liaise with members of the marketing department to deliver projects.
• Oversee all marketing requests from initiation to completion. 
• Support heads of department (Graphic Design, Videography, Copy and Digital) to deliver requested content.
• Prepare priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
• Track and update project statuses.
• Work with clients to prepare detailed briefs.
• Develop working relationships with clients and provide coaching on marketing processes if required.
• Continually refine and improve our processes and service standards.
• Liaise with third party providers to deliver all assets for project launch.
