As a Divisional Marketing Coordinator, you will not only be an integral part of our team but also a driving force behind our integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring the success of our brands across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaigns for clinics within the division.
- Manage the implementation of national campaigns tailored to the division.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of social media content for the division.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new brands and clinics as directed.
- Provide administrative support for the Marketing team.
Local Area Marketing
- Coordinate local area marketing support for all clinics in alignment with strategic plans.
- Create and manage email campaigns in CRM for adhoc LAM clinic promotions.
- Maintain website content, online brand identity, and social media channels.
- Craft compelling copy and design content for various marketing materials.
- Track and report marketing results to ensure ROI effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage production and implementation of materials for national divisional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance to optimize ROI.
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines.
Marketing Admin Support
- Assist in maintaining the LAM Platform and overseeing merchandise orders.
- Collaborate with clinics to secure participation in national campaigns.
New Brand/Clinic Onboarding
- Lead marketing onboarding for new divisional brands and clinics.
- Provide updates on progress and roadblocks to Marketing Manager.
- Maintain team communication via designated channels.
Teamwork & Relationships:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional copywriting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
