Castle Medical Holdings provides comprehensive medical services to The Hills and Western Sydney districts: Castle Hill Medical Centre, and Castle Medical Marsden Park. Between our practices, we have a growing team of 36 GPs, 20 Nurses, a large patient services team, X-ray facilities, radiology, pathology, and many multidisciplinary team members.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is keen to get their hands dirty in all aspects of marketing.  This role will report directly to our Marketing Manager

• Coordinating the marketing activities and annual content calendar 
• Maintaining and optimising our websites including content, product, and pricing information 
• Executing all forms of lead generation and nurturing campaigns 
• Coordinating the design, print, and distribution of all online and offline marketing materials 
• Preparing and distributing social media content 
• Handle all aspects of customer experience by engaging clients in meaningful dialogues and identify possible requirements that may be achieved by further utilising company services, products, and/or tools
• Project management and manage multiple projects at a time 

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent 

 Skills:

• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills 
• Effective conflict resolution skills 
• Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness 
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Multitasker and stay cool under tight deadlines
• Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 yrs working experience working in relevant field.
• Experience in customer success/client relationship role
• Excellent working knowledge of social media & digital platforms
• Strong customer orientation & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office 365 with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
