The role:
We’re offering an exciting part-time opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Region Group Shopping Centre Portfolio within the Knight Frank Asset Management team. This 12-month fixed-term position is available in Queensland, with preferred locations (but not limited to) including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville, or Cairns.
Key responsibilities:
The role involves supporting the portfolio through working with the marketing team on campaigns and ensuring timely and accurate marketing campaigns and campaign reporting. In addition, this role carries out various administration tasks to support the marketing team along with the following:
- Provide general marketing support to the portfolio such as management of marketing inbox.
- Responsible for the creation & deployment of templates, approval of property press ads etc.
- Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns.
- Communicate with tenants regarding marketing activities, sales collection and promotions.
- Create, review, proof & edit changes to marketing collateral, such as brochures and digital content.
- Assist event coordination, project management & execution.
- Administration duties include invoices, meeting minutes etc.

- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- High proficiency Microsoft Office suite. (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High level of attention to detail in both visual and written communication/s.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe, and Microsoft suite.
