We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Data Insights Executive to join our marketing team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Use of data analysis and modelling techniques to assist in ensuring customer communications are as effective as possible yielding engagement, loyalty and return on investment.
- Coordinate the use of data and best practice CRM within the marketing team.
- Collate, track, analyse and report on performance across a range of activities and platforms to enhance our understanding and potential of our audiences.
- Collaborate to integrate new systems and procedures across this area of the business.

Experience and Requirements
- Relevant experience using a CRM system or database within a marketing environment for both analysis and communication purposes.
- Knowledge of industry best practice relating to analysis tools, dashboards and methodologies.
- Experience using customer data platforms to segment and analyse customer data and interactions.
- Sophisticated Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate analytical information in a clear and concise way both written and verbally at all levels.
This role is mainly carried out during office hours.
