In this role you will assist in the delivery of a range of marketing activities. Supporting the customer engagement programs for the High Net Worth and Affluent vertical from planning through to implementation, results tracking and optimisation.
Responsibilities:
•Work with business to create and/or refine data driven customer engagement programs focused on increasing activation, usage, engagement and retention (or reduce attrition), to deliver the ideal customer experience and drive business outcomes.
•Support Senior Marketing Managers across a range of tasks as required such as project support and marketing activity reporting
•Assist in managing marketing budget to ensure costs are within plan and return on marketing investment is maximized while ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting of all marketing costs
•Manage diverse stakeholder input and sign-offs, and exercise strong negotiation & communication skills to ensure satisfactory outcomes that positively impact customer experience and support business objectives
•Work collaboratively with business and agency partners to develop integrated marketing strategies and solutionsRequirements:
•Proven experience in managing email and SMS marketing campaigns
•Strong verbal and copywriting skills
•Ideally have some marketing/customer communications experience ideally within financial services
•Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as marketing communications development.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have the willingness to take on a range of tasks beyond this job description.
•A self-starter with energy and drive that is able to work in a fast pace environment
•The ability to think out of the box and drive new initiatives
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
