- Content Creation: Produce engaging and compelling content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand storytelling.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients through targeted marketing initiatives, communication campaigns, and client events to foster loyalty and retention.
- Bid-Writing: Prepare high-quality bid proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), leveraging industry knowledge and insights to showcase the company's value proposition and capabilities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, support sales activities, and drive revenue growth.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the travel industry or related sectors, with a track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
- Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Bid-Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to write compelling and persuasive bid proposals and RFP responses, showcasing the company's strengths and capabilities to potential clients.
