The Role
Embarking on an incredible growth trajectory they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This newly established position will report directly to the Creative Director, and collaborate closely with Managing Director, while also working cross-functionally with various departments within the organisation. You will form a fundamental part of the marketing division and will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy to enhance domestic brand awareness and increase household penetration.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies for key product launches to meet business objectives.
- Create impactful brand experiences and community engagement.
- Cultivate strategic collaborations and partnerships with aligned brands and influencers.
- Strategise and execute marketing campaigns focused on expanding brand awareness and household penetration.
- Utilise sampling, trial initiatives, brand partnerships, and digital/social activations.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance against predefined goals.
- Ensure alignment with brand values across all marketing efforts.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget.
- Oversee two direct reports, guiding and mentoring a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer.
- Establish streamlined team processes to achieve objectives and metrics promptly.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Innovation Team to develop cohesive business plans for brand growth.
- A minimum tenure of 5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, preferably with a disruptive brand across FMCG, Retail, Health & Wellness, Beauty, or Fashion.
- A demonstrated and sound highly strategic and innovative mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of successful execution.
- Tertiary qualification, ideally in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work at pace and thrive under deadlines and efficiently manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Hands-on approach, ready to actively engage in tasks and projects.
- Commercially driven mindset, continuously seeking solutions and offering innovative ideas to foster business growth.
