About the Role
As our Social Media and Campaign Manager, you will enhance our brand presence across all venues. You'll create and manage engaging content for Social Media and develop exciting in-venue campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Produce engaging content for Social Media, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Manage and grow six separate Social Media accounts.
Multimedia Production:
Shoot and edit videos for Instagram and TikTok.
Capture high-quality photos of food, venues, and events.
Create professional artwork using Photoshop or similar tools.
Campaign Activation:
Conceptualise and execute in-venue campaign activations
Collaborate with venue managers to coordinate promotions.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor Social Media performance and optimize content.
Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
Customer Engagement:
Respond to comments and messages promptly.
Encourage user-generated content and reviews.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar editing programs.
- Access to a DSLR camera.
- Understanding of Social Media algorithms and insights.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality marketing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of Melbourne's dining scene.
Work Environment
- Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Work in both office and on-site environments at our venues.
