Job description

Vestas are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Planning Manager to join our PMO team in Moelbourne to work on projects across the APAC region. This is an excellent opportunity to embed yourself in critical projects across the APAC region and build upon your already storied career.

Our Project Management Office (PMO) APAC manages Cost Control, Planning/Scheduling, Documentation, Processes, Risk Management and Lessons Learned during Wind Farm Construction across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Review And Manage APAC region projects and performances.
  • Align Construction Methodologies and Planning Strategies in APAC.
  • Creation of Sales Schedules During Tender Phase and Reviewing Sub-Contractors Schedules
  • Maintaining the Master Construction EPC Schedules during Construction Phase
  • Update Project Schedules Monthly/Weekly
  • Support Contract Department on EOT's
  • Support Project Managers Reporting to Client
  • Create What-If Scenarios
  • Use internal reporting tools
  • Reporting to Senior Management
  • Manage / Report on the Critical Path
  • Meet Contractual Obligations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Primavera P6
  • Trade or Tertiary Qualifications with 5 years minimum construction/renewables experience
  • PMI-SP

Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Primavera P6
  • Primavera P6 - Required
  • Microsoft Projects - Optional
  • Microsoft Suite - Required
  • Critical Path Method
  • Delay Analysis
  • Earn Value Management (EVM) - Principles
  • S-Curve Reporting
