We are searching for an adept Marketing Manager to spearhead branding, digital marketing, and project marketing endeavors, based in the vibrant northern suburbs of Melbourne.

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
- Type: Open to both Part-time & Full-time
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the corporate branding, project marketing, and digital marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio. Your mission will be to ensure that our marketing strategies align with our company and project objectives, creating and implementing integrated marketing plans that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee our suite of websites, ensuring content is engaging, current, and optimized for SEO.
- Drive the social media strategy, ensuring all content aligns with our objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing plans across our group, meeting and exceeding our goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in our existing and future markets.
- Manage project marketing, including integrated communication plans for key projects.
- Report on performance metrics, including website traffic and social media engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in the property and/or construction industry.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a drive for results.
- Digital marketing expertise, with a track record of developing successful strategies.
- Strong project management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative and innovative thinker, willing to embrace new ideas.
