The Role
To work with a longstanding high end Custom Architect design and construction company to manage and implement marketing strategies and collateral through all facets of marketing platforms
This role is focused on all aspects of marketing, with particular attention to website, graphic design, social media and database management.
The successful candidate is expected to collaborate within the sales team:
Website updates including:
- Regular maintenance and monitoring
- Posting monthly articles from newsletter
SEO Management:
- Be creative and discover new and exciting ways to engage new and existing clients with our products and services (we want you to be resourceful and have fun)
- Manage Google ads and Linkedin ads
- Create monthly marketing reports focusing on performance across platforms and digital marketing areas
- Create and send a monthly newsletter using MailChimp
- Assist in creating brochures, product sheets, posters, banners, ads, etc. for events or display homes
- Assist in the planning and preparation of promotional material
- Assist in maintaining social media platforms
Public relations
- Assist in the management and engagement with publication bookings and schedule
- Maintain contact with current database and develop new relationships with like minded businesses
- Assist in periodic home open attendance to greet guests and record details
Essential Skills
Our marketing team is looking for someone who ideally has:
- Experience using social media as a professional platform
- Basic Marketing administrative skills
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram Ads and general SEO
- A qualification in marketing or media and communication
- Strong written and verbal skills to create copy for emails, social media and other platforms
- A curiosity about innovative technology
- Can create marketing graphical content using tools such as the Adobe suite including In-Design, Canva or other platforms
Desirable
- Familiar with MailChimp
- Understanding of spectral technology is desired but not essential
- Ability to use WordPress effectively and efficiently
