CorePlan is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenCategory Growth Manager, APAC to spearhead our growth and expansion in the APAC region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering a thriving client community, and establishing CorePlan as the go-to provider of drilling solutions in the region.
Reporting to the COO, you will leverage your sales expertise, market knowledge, and community-building skills to achieve ambitious growth targets.
🛠 What will you do as the Category Growth Manager?
As the Category Growth Manager, you will be a driving force behind CorePlan's expansion in the APAC mid-market sector. Your role is multi-faceted, encompassing a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and community building.
(1) Market Expansion:
Actively prospect and qualify new leads in the APAC mid-market, utilising CorePlan's resources and industry expertise.
Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns, and lead.
Lead sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.
(2) Community Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant community among CorePlan's clients in the APAC region.
Organise and facilitate networking events, webinars, workshops, or online forums to connect clients, share knowledge, and encourage collaboration.
Create and manage online communities or platforms to facilitate client engagement.
(3) Strategic Insights:
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Gather and analyse prospect and customer feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and continuous improvement of sales tactics.
🙌 Qualifications and Fit
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales or strong commercial role
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales plans, effectively driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Committed to self-development and open to constructive feedback.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
