Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This position offers end-to-end responsibility for the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on building customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive growth at all stages of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute marketing campaigns driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Lead lead-generation initiatives across multiple channels (traditional and digital) from ideation to execution.
- Manage performance marketing activities across digital channels, collaborating with external agencies for optimal ROI.
- Utilise data-driven insights to create robust reporting, monitor, and test campaigns for optimisation and ROI.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Drive website strategy, emphasising user experience and conversion optimisation.
- Manage and optimize data within our CRM system to enhance communication with prospects and customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
About You:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of proven marketing experience with a focus on lifecycle marketing and campaign development and execution.
- Highly experienced in digital marketing and managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
- In-depth understanding of social media advertising across paid social platforms (Meta and LinkedIn)
- Skills in segmentation and automation, with experience using Freshworks CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of CMSes, HTML, and CSS (Webflow experience is a bonus).
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience within NDIS
- Tertiary qualification in marketing preferred.
