This exciting and rare (due to the high level of staff retention) career opportunity reports directly to the Marketing, Admin. & Customer Service Manager. You will provide essential Marketing & Administration support to the Marketing, Sales & Product Managers and Senior Management team within the Australian Head Office.
Key areas of responsibility will include;
Marketing
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager assisting in the execution of the Sales & Marketing Strategy
- In alignment with the Sales & Marketing Strategy, plan & implement all marketing activities including channel specific campaigns
- Attend national & international (via video conferencing) Marketing & product meetings
- Create corporate identity marketing collateral – print, digital, POS, flyers & newsletters (Evalanche)
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist with managing & creating content for social media activities
- General administration support – coordinating company and trade events, catering, minute taking and distribution
- Assist with New Product Introduction process (Marketing) ensuring successful product launches
- Other adhoc duties as directed by the Marketing Manager
Administration
- Arrange interstate & international company travel
- Coordinate company events & meetings as required
- Manage catering requirements
- Manage office stationery, consumables & equipment
- Data entry & ad hoc administration projects

Note; Due to internationally located operations & colleagues, some after-hours work to attend team meetings will be expected.
General competency with MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and intermediate to advanced Excel skills is essential. Professional working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is expected.
You will possess a full & current driver's licence. A First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain is expected.
